I am launching a new, high-concept, weekly streaming show (think Twitch/YouTube) that's based on an established, cult-favorite comic/show! The fan base is already there, so you have a built-in audience from day one. I need someone who can step into a costume and deliver a unique, hilarious character in a highly stylized setting. You'll be playing a character thats a super-high-energy staff member who is separate from the comic's main cast but totally lives in their weird, awesome world. You'll wear an awesome cosplay while interacting with viewers and playing games and with guest stars. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Schedule: This is a recurring gig, 1 to 2 sessions per week (each session is maybe 2-4 hours). • Performance: You'll be the lead performer, responsible for running the show's high-energy audience segments. • Improv & Fandom: Your humor and jokes will come from your deep knowledge of anime, J-culture, video games, and internet/otaku memes. You need to be funny, quick, and able to improvise on the fly. • Look: You must be comfortable with cosplay, maybe elaborate costumes for every session. You'll be the face of the stream and possibly the mc for the show at events. YOU ARE PERFECT IF: • You can talk about JoJo and Animal Crossing in the same sentence. • Your friends call you "extra" or "the main character." • You're a talented improviser who never breaks character. • You're looking for recurring, stable work on a creative project with real growth potential. THE MONEY STUFF Profit Split: You will receive a percentage cut of the channel's net profits (from subs, tips, and ads)—it's a true partnership where we all grow when the channel grows! HOW TO APPLY Please include: • A recent photo (doesn't need to be a professional headshot, but clear!) • Your resume/a quick list of your acting or hosting experience (improv, theater, convention work, etc.) • Your general evening availability (e.g., "Available Weds/Thurs/Sun evenings"). • The most important part: Tell me in 1-2 sentences, what your favorite fandom is right now and how you would describe your improv/comedy style!
