From on-set production and AV rentals to creative development and branded content, we bring stories to life across platforms. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Administrative Assistant who can help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support to our executive and production teams. You'll handle a variety of administrative tasks—from scheduling and vendor coordination to helping manage production logistics and studio operations. This role is ideal for someone who loves being at the center of it all, juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment, and supporting creative professionals in doing their best work. Responsibilities - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for leadership and production teams - Handle general office administration (phones, email correspondence, filing, supplies, mail, etc.) - Assist with project tracking, timelines, and production documentation - Coordinate travel arrangements, call sheets, crew schedules, and shoot logistics - Support with onboarding new team members, freelancers, or contractors - Assist with inventory tracking for AV gear, studio equipment, and office supplies - Be the go between with clients, vendors, and talent to coordinate meetings, deliveries, or bookings - Take meeting notes, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items - Support studio operations and help maintain an organized, professional work environment Requirements - 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or production assistant role - Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Airtable) - High attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly in changing environments - Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive information - Bonus: Experience in entertainment, AV, media, or creative production environments Preferred Skills - Familiarity with call sheets, production schedules, or AV equipment logistics - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Passion for TV, film, content creation, or media arts - Basic knowledge of studio workflows or set etiquette is a plus What We Offer - A creative and collaborative team environment in the heart of Atlanta's growing entertainment industry - Opportunities for growth within production, operations, or creative departments - Exposure to exciting TV, film, and branded content projects - Flexible schedule options for the right candidate - Competitive pay based on experience
