** Looking for 1 or 2 very strong individual(s): ** ** Preferably either a Heavyweight man who can Bench Press 400+ lbs ** ** or Deadlift 600+ lbs or a comparable feat of strength ** ** or a very muscular woman who is stronger than the average man ** Look good on camera, preferably with a classic look/style We will be shooting a workout video (independently branded). The video will be approx 30 to 45 minutes long, the shoot may take approx 4 hours. You will be following along in a workout, approx 12 exercises in the general category of weight-lifting, but there may be some you haven't seen before; most people don't know or do these, that's why we're making this video! You may choose however much weight you want to use; a moderately challenging weight is suggested, but you be the judge (it definitely need NOT be your maximum effort; it should be something impressive for the average viewer, but reasonably comfortable for you). The exercises themselves aren't difficult to learn, just most people have never seen these. You'll learn them very quickly and easily, that part won't be hard, just follow along and stand there and look good doing them, that's the job. There is nothing particularly dangerous or risky, no moreso than any typical exercise in an average gym anyway. This workout will take some energy, so please do be ready for that, but it will be nowhere near as much as 12 sets of squats! (Hahaha) Maybe an equivalent amount of energy to 12 sets of barbell curls. (It will be a variety of exercises, not too much of any one thing, but I'm just giving an idea of how much energy is needed so you can plan accordingly around your other workouts.) So this video shoot probably won't interrupt your normal workout schedule that week very much (maybe a little, but not a lot). As a bonus, you likely might learn some new exercises here that you haven't seen or thought of before. It's very possible they may help in your next competition or event. Certainly they will help some athletes/competitors, that's why we're making this video. If interested, please send: A few good photos of yourself Your height and current bodyweight (approx) A list of sports/competitions you have experience in A short list of a few of your favorite common gym exercises with weight x reps of a good set for you currently (can be 1 rep max, or can be, for example, "Standing Barbell Curls: 135 lbs x 10 reps" or whatever it may be; not necessarily your all-time record, but when you were in the gym in the past week or two, what was a good set that you did on a few different exercises?)
