Hello, this is Director/Photographer Dean Karr (Marilyn Manson, Ozzy Osbourne, Slipknot, Korn, Tool). I am working on a new SURREAL FANTASY project for my dear friends in the industrial metal band MINISTRY! Always a wild ride with amazing results working with these guys. My shoot is scheduled for Sunday, May 31st in the Long Beach area. I am casting a few crazy characters for this one. WE always push the envelope and these roles will need to be clearly understood before any bookings are made. My sets are run with the utmost respect for our cast and crew, I am very patient and open minded while working with my eccentric, talented actors.... - Obese male actor/model (could get gig based on physical appearance, versus acting skills) I'm quite confident I could work with someone who doesn't have a huge acting resume' but has the right body type for my character as an EVIL DICTATOR set in a very surreal setting, open to all ages. Lots of dark shadows and amazing production design throughout this project. The EVIL DICTATOR wears only a pair of underwear and a strange crown on his head, he has a dozen or so scientific hoses coming out of his torso, as if on life support. He's a horrible man with a bad taste for intruders and shackles his enemies to be forgotten in dark worlds. I have worked with many PLUS SIZED actors over the years and this specific character must be 350 POUNDS or bigger to catch my attention. If you have a friend or a relative that maybe fits this requested size and maybe always wanted to have a chance at being in a amazing music video, this is a great opportunity to work with some of the best in the biz! See note on insects below. - Bold Uninhibited Granny type who wears a futuristic black latex fetish outfit. She be able to express her ruthless demeanor, her body is thin to contrast with her master, she will most likely wear a jet black wig with black nails. She cleans the EVIL DICTATOR with a sponge and torments prisoners. She must be completely open minded, confident and OK wearing the tight latex to complete her character. I would prefer 78+ years old. See note on insects below. People submitting for both roles please submit photos that will show me why you'd be best fit for the job! All actions, wardrobe, and interactions will be discussed and agreed upon in advance; no surprises on set. Characters should be extremely outgoing and definitely not shy. Our crew is always a blast to work with, total pros on set and will do whatever we can to make your experience as COMFORTABLE and memorable as possible. We will take breaks when needed The end of the video will show the demise of EVIL DICTATOR, GRANNY and TWO ARMED GUARDS AS the band's signer Al Jourgensen ignites the dwelling of our BAD GUYS with a flame thrower and frees the prisoners. A dozen CRICKETS crawl on the BAD GUYS in a tight close up of each character. *** THIS SHOT IS A MUST, SO NEED TO KNOW YOU OK HAVING INSECTS ON BODY FOR 2-3 TAKES. Payment will be provided as $500 CASH upon signing the talent release form at the end of our shoot day.
