We're building projects for: Festivals Online platforms TV & film distribution Pitch decks & proof-of-concepts Branded and independent content We already have industry relationships and ideas in motion — now we're looking for someone who wants to build consistently and make cool shit together. This is for someone who: Loves guerrilla filmmaking Can move fast and problem solve Is down to shoot lean and creatively Has an eye for cinematic visuals but can also pivot into weird/funny/raw internet content Isn't afraid to wear multiple hats Ideally you: Shoot and/or produce DP who does lighting as well Know basic lighting/audio setups Can edit or understand post workflow Have a collaborative spirit Want to help build something long-term We're less interested in ego and more interested in chemistry, hustle, taste, and consistency.
