We need a reliable individual to handle physical setup, basic audio/visual recording, and on-site support to ensure the evening runs smoothly. These events generally take place on weekdays. Key Responsibilities: Setup (5:30 PM): Arrive on-site to put up event signage and assist with a TV display setup. A/V Recording: Mount a camera on a tripod and activate a digital record pen for audio capture (clear instructions provided). Content Capture: Take high-quality photos and video clips throughout the evening using your smartphone. Event Support: Monitor the room and the tech setup to ensure everything remains functional. Teardown (9:00 PM): Efficiently repack all equipment, signage, and tech into their original cases. Requirements: Professionalism: A neat, professional appearance is required as you will be operating in a high-end networking environment. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow a specific setup/teardown checklist without oversight. Punctuality: Arrival at 5:30 PM sharp is non-negotiable.
