My house is sometimes used for filming. I've already had several tv shows, movies and commercials filmed here. I want more...and I'm willing to pay for someone to bring me that business. Here's the gig. Promote my website (LernerHousePhotos.com) EVERYWHERE. It's filled with dozens of exterior and interior photos as well as aerial drone footage. I would suggest starting with every location service, and anywhere else a location scout/manager, producer or director might see it. Be creative. Instagram. Youtube. You pick. This is not a salary gig. You bring filming to my house...and you get paid. BIG. You don't need to discuss money, dates or any other details. I'll take care of that. All you need to do is the most difficult part...which is bring me the lead. You'll get a percentage of whatever I'm paid. I get paid in full before they start shooting...and you get paid the very same day. The percentage for you is open to discussion. Tell me what you want, and if it's reasonable the answer is yes.
