I've self-financed and made three award-winning shorts in under two years, and I'm looking for a hair and makeup artist to join the team for my next one, The Last Word. The shoot: Two shoot days: Tuesday, Oct 13 and Tuesday, Oct 20 (confirm days of week) Location: a gorgeous, moody speakeasy in Culver City Four-person cast: two women, two men Mostly seated at the bar, so no stunts, no sweat, no wardrobe chaos. Just a clean, polished, natural look that holds up in low light. The job: Hair and makeup prep 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, then on set for touch-ups and continuity through wrap (about 8:30 PM) Focus is on the two women, with a quick groom for the men Continuity matters since the days are a week apart. We'll photograph the looks at the end of Day 1 so you can match them. Pay: $400 flat for both days (more for the right experience), paid [Venmo/cash/check] after each shoot day.
