Looking for an animator to create a short vertical music video for a 3:18 minute song. The concept centers around the character/persona transforming into a dragon or winged creature, or some kind of half-human half-dragon form. The transformation is the main visual moment I want to build around. Creative freedom/collaborating on the rest of the story/theme is encouraged I'm not looking for a Pixar or strict anime style. More hand-drawn, sketch-based, or paint based, expressive animation—something stylized and a bit unique. I'm open to different artistic interpretations and you can take creative freedom with how the world around it looks, but I want the transformation sequence to be the core focus. Do not make this using AI. It will be obvious. Also not just looping sections over and over. Final format should be vertical (for social media/phone viewing), and it can be more stylized than literal frame-by-frame realism if that suits your style. Budget is $600 or under, depending on scope. Open to discussing what's realistic.
