Selling my Leica Summicron 50mm f/2, 11826 This is version 5, the latest version of this lens that is still selling new today. No focus tab, and not 6 bit coded, built in lens hood. Used it on my Leica MP, perfect for both film or digital M. The lens has average cosmetic wear, as you can see in the photos, but the optics and mechanics are perfect. No haze, fungus, etc. Front and back elements have no scratches or blemishes. Aperture blades are clean, not oily. Aperture ring is tactile and clicky. The focus ring is amazingly smooth, my favorite lens to use. I love this lens, but I'm no longer using it after getting a 50 lux. Hope it finds a good home and gets lots of use.
