Local Videographer with Drone Needed — Outdoor Fitness Product Shoot (Staten Island) Project Overview: I'm looking for a local videographer (Staten Island or nearby) for a half-day outdoor fitness shoot at Bloomingdale Park (Ramona Ave & Lenevar Ave, Staten Island, NY 10309). You'll film four workout sessions (each 20–30 minutes) and capture drone footage of me running and training with a fitness product. Each session will be filmed in one continuous take — no models or multiple setups, just efficient and steady filming. ________________________________________ Details • Approx. 4.5 hours total filming time • 5 workouts, 20–30 minutes each • Drone footage required on a few workouts — must have 45–60 min flight battery life and backup batteries for continuous coverage • Weekday morning shoot (to minimize crowds) • I handle all editing — just deliver raw footage • Record in 4K MP4 format (to reduce file size) • Vertical orientation (9:16) required • Leave extra headroom so a horizontal app video overlay can be added later without cropping my body. Imagine there's a wide rectangular video strip across the top 20–25% of the frame (Safety zone) — nothing important should be in that space. Normally, a person's eyes are about 1/3 down from the top of the frame (the "rule of thirds"). Here, they should be closer to the center or slightly below center. Your feet must remain visible at all times. Leave at least 6–10% of frame height below your feet (for cropping flexibility or ground motion). • Natural daylight preferred; ND filters recommended ________________________________________ File Delivery • All raw footage (camera + drone) must be provided the same day • Upload over Wi-Fi to shared Google Drive / Dropbox folder • Files must be verifiable and playable before final payment ________________________________________ Payment • Fixed price — around $400 total (4.5 -hour shoot, editing not required) Each additional hr past 4.5 is $75/hr.
