Santa Monica, CA (In Office Position) Our company is seeking a highly organized, analytically minded, and execution-focused Portfolio Manager / Servicer to help oversee and optimize a rapidly growing portfolio of entertainment and media finance investments. This role sits at the center of the company's operations and will work directly with the CEO, COO, finance team, borrowers, distributors, sales agents, and third-party partners to manage portfolio performance, collections, reporting, and operational infrastructure. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and can balance financial rigor (Excel modeling, analysis, decision making) with relationship management. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and manage the company's active loan portfolio across film, television, music, and broader entertainment assets * Drive collections, delivery tracking, borrower follow-up, and cash flow forecasting * Maintain real-time portfolio reporting systems and internal dashboards * Coordinate daily communication with borrowers, distributors, sales companies, state tax credit offices, and accounting partners * Assist leadership with portfolio analytics, KPI tracking, and operational reporting * Support finance and accounting functions including month-end reporting, reconciliations, participation statements, and lender/investor reporting * Build and improve systems, workflows, and servicing infrastructure as the company scales * Help identify portfolio risks, bottlenecks, and restructuring opportunities * Work cross-functionally with underwriting, finance, legal, and executive leadership teams Ideal Background: * 4–10+ years experience in portfolio management, credit, private equity, investment operations, structured finance, banking, or entertainment finance * Strong financial modeling and Excel skills * Exceptional organizational and project management abilities * Comfortable managing multiple counterparties and high-volume communications simultaneously * Experience navigating imperfect information and solving operational problems independently * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Entertainment, media, lending, or specialty finance experience is highly preferred but not required What Makes This Role Unique: * Direct exposure to executive leadership and company strategy * Opportunity to help institutionalize and scale a rapidly evolving media finance platform * Visibility across investments, operations, structured finance, and entertainment ecosystems * Significant long-term growth opportunity as the business expands into broader entertainment and asset-backed finance initiatives Compensation: * Competitive base salary [$100,000 - $150,000] depending on experience / background * Performance bonus tied to company KPI's and EBITDA performance * Long-term incentive participation opportunities for high performers About the company: The company is a leading entertainment finance company providing strategic capital solutions across film, television, music, distribution, and media-related assets.
