We're looking for an in person part-time social media assistant to support a content creator and growing fashion brand based in Brooklyn. The brand is centered around empowering Latina culture and heritage. This is a great opportunity for a college student or someone interested in fashion, content creation, and social media who wants hands-on experience. Hours: 5–10 hours per week. Flexible schedule coordinated weekly. Pay: $17/hour (NYC minimum wage), paid via Venmo or cash. Additional opportunities (events, shoots, etc.) may be compensated separately. Occasional gifting/perks may be included. What you'll be doing: Content & Social Media: Brainstorming ideas, helping film content (Reels, TikTok), light editing, posting, and engaging with audience (comments, DMs). Brand Support: Packing and shipping orders, organizing inventory/workspace, assisting with small events (guest lists, outreach), and occasional errands (dropping off packages). Preferred: College student (fashion-related preferred), interest in styling or fashion, familiarity with TikTok/Instagram, basic editing skills (Canva, InShot a plus), organized and reliable. Bonus opportunities (optional): Attend influencer events and photoshoots, help create content on-site, and gain industry exposure. Some events may include gifting or paid opportunities depending on the project. Ideal candidate: Reliable, responsive, creative, detail-oriented, and willing to help with both content and hands-on tasks. NYC-based (Brooklyn preferred). Willing to work in person in Brooklyn.
