We work with thousands of participants worldwide to capture authentic human conversation, so that AI can better understand and communicate with humanity. Role Description In this role, you will participate in 15-minute recorded conversations with another person. Each conversation is unscripted and based on a topic you choose together. For example, some topics you will talk about may look like: A personal experience that shaped your perspective A hobby or interest you've spent time exploring A challenge you've faced at work or in daily life Something you've changed your mind about over time The focus is on having a clear, natural conversation: listening, responding, and building on each other's thoughts. This is a fully remote, freelance position that offers complete flexibility in when and how much you work. We are currently looking for individuals based in the United States and Canada.
