Brooklyn-based fabrication studio seeking experienced scenic carpenters, fabricators, and finishers for a busy end-of-year season. Part-time positions may lead to full-time opportunities. Relevant experience includes: -Working in scenic fabrication shops, studios, or on-site -Theater, TV/film, or event set fabrication -Knowledge of tools and materials -Reading and interpreting shop drawings -Building flats, pedestals, and other scenic elements -Assembling CNC-cut components -Patching, sanding, and painting -Driving vans and box trucks (a plus) -Low-voltage electrical and LED installation (a plus) Hourly pay based on experience.
