I'm a fashion and lifestyle photographer looking for a reliable assistant / BTS videographer to capture dynamic behind-the-scenes footage during on-location photoshoots in and around LA. This is a paid position at $20/hour, typically 2–3 hours per shoot, 1 shoot per week (sometimes more depending on schedule). What You'll Be Doing: - Capture dynamic BTS footage during photoshoots - Assist with basic lighting adjustments if needed - Help create short-form vertical content for social media You: - Preferably have some basic knowledge of videography, camera movements, and lighting - Experience with editing not required but is a strong plus (CapCut or Premiere) - Have a calm, professional demeanor - Can follow direction while maintaining a positive energy - Are reliable and punctual College students and recent grads welcome. Social media fluency a strong plus. Having your own camera is helpful but not required. Most BTS will initially be shot on my iPhone. Potential to grow as a collaborator as audience and projects scale.
