We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sponsorship & Vendor Outreach Representative to join our team for the prestigious IGM Awards Location: Los Angeles, CA (Work-from-Home Option Available) Type: Full-Time Starting Pay: $18+/hr depending on skillset + Base + Bonus (Unlimited Earning Potential!) Position Overview The IGM Awards is seeking motivated and results-driven Outreach Representatives to secure sponsorships and vendor participation for our high-profile awards event. This role is perfect for confident communicators who thrive in outbound sales, enjoy building relationships, and are skilled at closing partnership opportunities. You'll play a key role in connecting businesses with a platform that offers massive exposure, including live broadcast on Tubi TV and Apple TV, reaching over 200 million viewers. Key Responsibilities • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective sponsors and vendors. • Present and explain sponsorship packages, vendor opportunities, and event benefits clearly. • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and corporate representatives. • Follow up via phone and email to secure commitments and confirm participation. • Track all outreach activity, responses, and confirmed partnerships in CRM systems. • Collaborate with the event team to provide sponsors and vendors with necessary materials and support. • Meet or exceed weekly outreach and participation targets. Qualifications • Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills. • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, fundraising, sponsorship sales, or business development preferred. • Professional phone etiquette and confidence speaking with executives and business owners. • Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools. Preferred Skills • Experience with event sponsorships or vendor relations. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or fundraising targets. • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
