A leading NYC production caterer is hiring cooks, servers and craft service staff for film and television productions and large events. We offer guaranteed 12-hour days and 60 or more hours per week, Monday through Friday, during active productions. Our operation includes two catering kitchens and several mobile food truck kitchens. **About the Work** Schedules change frequently, so flexibility is essential. Many days begin at 2, 3 or 4 a.m. and run until late afternoon. Others may start at noon and finish around 1 a.m. Assignments typically last two to six months, with breaks between productions. Applicants should be comfortable with this production-based schedule and able to work well with others in tight spaces. **Who We're Looking For** Cooks must have solid cooking experience and work quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Servers and craft service staff must be friendly, organized and attentive. Strong cooking and serving skills are equally valued. Catering experience is helpful, although film and television catering is very different from wedding and party catering. We serve the same crews every day for weeks or months, and we're looking for personable team members who enjoy building relationships and making those crews feel like family.
