We are currently in early financing for an ultra low budget horror film to be shot in Los Angeles and looking to bring on a small number of financiers/executive producers before we go into production this August. Once we close $75,000 in private investment, we activate a production company LOI that matches 50% of the budget, bringing the total to $150,000. We're currently offering the following investment tiers, with executive producer credit and first position on the recoupment waterfall for each: $25,000 – 1 of 3 investors at this level $10,000 - 1 of 7 Investors at this level.
