Hi! My work is being featured in an exhibition in the Gramercy area and I'm looking to promote it on social media with short, but well-executed creative videos. I am primarily looking for someone that knows how to edit multiple duplicates of me in the same frame for an idea I have, and I am also very open to ideas as well! To be clear: I'm looking for someone with experience making videos for social media format along with strong VFX capabilities. I will pay for your expertise, so the more experience the better. My piece is a VR display, it's very sci-fi but I'm looking to make videos that have a weird/trippy visual approach effect-wise (like 4-5 of me in the same room) yet the feeling is simple and lighthearted. The job itself is me and you meet at the gallery on a day/time this week that works for us, and we shoot outside and inside. The gallery is very empty for the most part, so we won't be bothering anyone. We can go over the ideas prior to meeting as well. It is open from 10AM-6PM, and we will have plenty of time. I'm not expecting a set rate right away, just your interest in the gig and i'll look at what else you've made. Once we decide on a shoot day plan, how many ideas we'll execute and the amount of time/resources it'll take, you can get back to me with a rate. Full disclosure I am a woman in her late 20's who isn't super active on social media, but I am passionate about visual art and love making things with people. Although I feel more natural around women when in front of the camera, the work is really what speaks for itself so that isn't a dealbreaker. I'll be happy to hire you for future projects as well.
