Assignment: Film 4 Dance Recitals in their entirety Recital Dates: May 16th, 2026 @ 1:30pm May 17th, 2026 @ 5:00pm May 16th, 2026 @ 1:30pm May 17th, 2026 @ 5:00pm Each recital is approximately 2 hours Location: Hilton Head, SC Looking for videographers with experience filming in a LIVE Stage environment (preferable dance) You must have your own equipment as follows: VIDEO EQUIPMENT 2 camcorder style cameras SOUND EQUIPMENT -Minimum of 2 shotgun microphones or wireless mic system, Sound recorder for backup sound recording. MISC EQUIPMENT -2 Sturdy tripods DELIVERY OF FOOTAGE: We will supply the Videographer with a hard drive to put their footage on. The videographer must ship their footage in to our producion facility via USPS or UPS / FEDEX YOU MUST BE A RELIABLE PROFESSIONAL!!!! THIS ONLY HAPPENS ONE TIME!!! NO POST PRODUCTON IS REQUIRED.
