American Dream Design + Construction is looking for a reliable, creative person to film our remodeling projects and turn the footage into professional short videos for Instagram and other social media. We do kitchens, bathrooms, additions, ADUs, and complete renovations throughout Los Angeles County. What we're looking for: * On-site filming of our projects, including before, progress, and finished shots. * Polished 15–60 second videos with smooth transitions, music, captions, and our company branding. * Someone with their own camera equipment who can handle both filming and editing. * Consistent quality, dependable scheduling, and reasonable turnaround. Our goal is approximately eight finished videos per month, with ongoing work for the right person. We want professional results at a reasonable price that works for a small business. Please reply with links to videos you've created, your location, availability, and pricing. Include your rate per video and any monthly package for filming and editing eight videos. This is a paid freelance opportunity. Experience filming homes, real estate, or construction projects is a plus.
