I need three Pierce College students with great speaking voices and enunciation of English words. This is for a project I'm doing for the Digital Film Sound class on the Pierce campus. That is in the Media Arts department. If you take a theater class, that would be great. I am taking one. You earn 50 dollars for less than an hour of your time. It is audio only, so the way you look doesn't matter. You read from a script. If you are on campus tonight, which is Tuesday, or tomorrow morning or afternoon, I can give you a hard copy of the script, or I can send you a PDF. I need you to help me with one more thing. Are you in a Pierce College class that meets in a regular classroom that usually has a quiet atmosphere? I am hoping we can record your voice there, and I need our cast of three actors to rip out pages from books. My project is imitating a scene in Dead Poets Society. The Performing Arts Building has only one classroom, and it would be the wrong place for me to record our scene. People are always entering and exiting the room, and sounds from the hallway come in, even with the door closed. Maybe you can lead us to a classroom near the Brahma Cafe -- in that vicinity, you know.
