We're looking for a talented, creatively driven Content Creator / Videographer to bring our pizzeria to life through compelling visual storytelling. We want someone who can capture more than just pizza, the energy of the kitchen, the people behind the food, the late nights, the process, and the culture that makes our pizzeria what it is. Think behind-the-scenes footage, cinematic food videos, documentary-style storytelling, and authentic day-in-the-life vlogs. We want content that feels intentional, raw, and visually striking, not generic social media content. WHAT YOU'LL DO Create and deliver 3–4 Instagram Reels per week. Shoot high-quality, cinematic video content of our food, kitchen, team, and day-to-day operations. Capture behind-the-scenes moments, vlogs, food preparation, and the overall atmosphere of the pizzeria. Develop creative concepts and bring fresh ideas to our social media presence. Film using both Panasonic Lumix digital cameras and Super 8mm film. Edit footage into polished, engaging, platform-ready content. Capture authentic moments while also knowing how to create intentional, cinematic shots. Stay on top of visual trends while maintaining a distinct, consistent creative style. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Proficiency with Panasonic Lumix cameras and confidence shooting manual settings. Experience shooting on Super 8mm film and an understanding of its unique aesthetic and workflow. Strong video editing skills, including pacing, color grading, sound design, and storytelling. A strong eye for composition, lighting, movement, and detail. A portfolio demonstrating cinematic video work, food content, lifestyle footage, or documentary-style storytelling. The ability to work independently, manage a consistent content schedule, and meet weekly deadlines. Someone who is creative, detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about making great content. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You understand that great content is about more than filming something beautiful — it's about making people feel something. You know how to capture the perfect dough stretch, the heat of the oven, the chaos of a busy service, and the little moments that tell a bigger story. You have a strong visual identity, take pride in your editing, and can turn everyday moments into content people actually want to watch. Experience in food, hospitality, lifestyle, or independent brand storytelling is a major plus.
